Scene #8 - Ek din yeh gaao main maa ko zaroor doonga
Next day, the boy pulls a cart towards his fathers' corpse. The mother and sister look lost. The boy puts his father's body on to the cart and moves away as villagers look on. The drunkard comes to the scene.
Vijay:
Uhh, uhh!
Nathu / Kaka:
Auh, maar daala. Maar daala master ko tum logo ne. Master ko maar daala, tum log, saaliya. Ah, hah, hah, hah! Zindagi bhar woh bojh uthaaya tum logo ka, tumne usee ko maar daala. Ah hah hah hah. Aur aaj koi bojh nahi uthaata uski laash ka, aah! Saala kutreya log, haraami...
The drunkard throws stones at the villagers. The mother breaks her jewelry away.
Couple of cars arrive in the village. Mud splashes on to the boy's face and he looks at Kancha Cheena in the car.
Kancha Cheena:
Gaya master Deenanath Chauhan.
Dinkar Rao:
Uh, ha ha ha ha, ha ha ha ha haa.
The drunkard accompanies the boy, his mother and sister as they sail away from the village.
Nathu / Kaka:
Aye! Aye, Vijju. Arey, arey, wahan kya dekh raha hai re? Mat dekh. Mat dekh us taraf, us gaao ko, bhool ja. Bhool ja ki tu us gaao mein paida hua tha.
Vijay:
Nahi, main yeh gaao kabhi nahi bhoolunga. Ek din yeh gaao main maa ko zaroor doonga. Haan, zaroor doonga.
In the city, a man walks towards the boy to get his shoes polished. Another man gives some money to a policeman as two others wait in the car.
Shetty:
Pagaar mil gaya na?
Policeman:
Jee, saab.
Shetty:
Abhi khisak jaa tu.
Policeman:
Achha.
Shetty:
Aur abhi hum log Kaancha Cheena ko ludkaane waale hain.
Policeman:
Haan.
Shetty:
Ek ghante ke baad aana.
Policeman:
Achha.
Shetty:
Uski maiyyat ki duty par. Po, po, po!
Policeman:
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
A shirtless youth comes to the man in the car.
Youth:
Salaam, boss.
Usman:
Aye, teri maa behan, apun sabko sambhaal lega. Tu kaancha ko tapka daal.
Hasmukh bhai:
Aye, yeh le, aur yeh bhi le.
One man gives the youth a knife and some money.
Kaancha Cheena arrives at the scene, in a car. Signal is given for action. The youth, wielding the knife, runs towards Kaancha. But, Kaancha sees the glimmer of steel in the distance and being alert, guns the youth down. The crowd rushes away in horror.
