Scene #51 - Bhai ruk jaao
Vijay gathers courage with his badge in his hands and makes a run for it. Ravi follows him.
Ravi Verma:
Bhai, ruk jaao! Bhai!
After running for a while, Vijay slams into some bars and the badge falls on the other side. He tries to fetch it, but in vain since it is just too far. As he sees Ravi approaching him, he runs again.
Ravi Verma:
Bhai, ruk jaao, nahi to goli maar doonga.
Bang! He fires in the air.
Ravi Verma:
Bhai!
Bang! He fires at Vijay.
In the background, Ravi remembers his mother's words.
Sumitra Devi:
Bhagwaan kare goli chalaate waqt tere haath na kaampe.
In the background, Vijay remembers his conversation with mother.
Vijay Verma:
Aashirwaad dene aaogi na maa?
Sumitra Devi:
Aaoongi, zaroor aaoongi.
Vijay totters away, stops a car BML 6199, throws the driver out and drives towards the temple. Ravi jumps on the top of this car.
Ravi Verma:
Bhai. Bhai. Bhai, ruk jaao. Bhai, ruk jaao. Bhai, ruk jaao. Bhai. Bhai, ruk jaao.
The car crashes into a building. Ravi falls from the car, and Vijay drives on.
